In looking at the Cultural Diversity Training, the evaluation design will seek to determine if the program had an impact in the way that staff and faculty interact with our culturally diverse client base, to assess whether the workshop has significantly influenced staff and faculty to be more culturally sensitive and seek to evaluate the program content and document other opportunities for growth.
