Final Thoughts

From me to we, that is how I would sum up my experience in this course.

The early modules were challenging for me, however as the weeks progressed my connection to the team and the tasks grew.

I commented in one of my replies to a peer that having the opportunity to actually "live" the collaborative inquiry experience in PME 801 helped me to appreciate what collaborative inquiry can accomplish.  This where I saw the concepts discussed in the early weeks of the the course in action.  Having the ability to tackle a problem and share in gave me energy to persist and the determination to contribute meaningfully.

My professional learning community was also a positive experience and I will continue to post and opine in the #TLEAP Facebook group.  I was directed to an amazing website called The Virtual Linguistics Campus which has proven to be yet another great opportunity to learn. One never knows where new connections will take us.

I've created a visual using Adobe Spark which includes a few quotes that resonated.  The final quote is actually from my other course, but is a great reminder that while we may not share the exact same views, the spirit of collaborative inquiry is to advance ourselves and our learners.
