• Being flexible and not fixed in my focus on learning

 

I recognized fairly quickly that the WeChat revolution was a huge undertaking and I wanted to persist in my endeavor.  I become overwhelmed at trying to manage the volume of information out there.  I took a moment to break down common themes that emerged in the information I was reading and began to accept that it was likely not feasible to immediately adopt WeChat for online learning.  Being open-minded and flexible in how I applied the learning I’d already begun helped me to see other opportunities for our program.
